Vicky López joined Barça at just 16 years old in the summer of 2022 from Madrid CFF. Despite being registered with the reserve team, she made her debut with Barça's first team in the same 2022/23 season. In her first season under Jonatan Giráldez, she played a total of 13 matches. The following season, 2023/24, was when she truly established herself in the first team, playing a total of 37 matches, including 23 in the league and 8 in the Champions League.
She also scored a total of nine goals in the domestic competition. This earned her a call-up to the Spanish national team, and she was part of the squad that competed in the Paris Olympics. In the summer of 2024, it was officially announced that she would become a full member of Barça's first team.
