FC Barcelona and Girona FC reached an agreement for Pau Víctor to join Barça after a year on loan with Barça Atlètic when he became an essential part of Barça Atlètic, finishing as top scorer in Primera Federación. 

Born in Sant Cugat del Vallès on 26 November 2001, he started playing at Junior FC. In his teens he joined Sabadell and three years later was playing U19 football for Girona, and after two years of that started playing for the Girona reserves. He was soon knocking on the senior team's door, training with them regularly and playing eight Second Division fixtures in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons..

In 2022/23 he was loaned back to CE Sabadell, playing 36 games, scoring 7 goals and giving 6 assists. He continued to develop as a footballer at Barça Atlètic in 2023/24, officially on loan from Girona.
