    A pacey striker with an eye goal who can play anywhere up front

    Born on 4 May 2003 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Godoy came through the youth systems at UD Las Palmas and Deportivo Alavés, going on to feature for the Basque club's development side.

    Midway through the 2022/23 season, he went out on loan to Atlético Sanluqueño, where he scored eight goals in 17 games. Summer 2023 saw him loaned to Mirandés in the Segunda División, before he went on loan to Nàstic de Tarragona for the second half of the season, where he scored six goals and provided one assist in 21 games.

    Godoy returned to Alavés in the summer of 2024 only join Eldense in the Segunda División. He featured in 13 games for the Alicante side during the first half of this season before joining Barça Atlètic in the winter transfer market in January 2025 to provide league experience and a number of different options in attack for Albert Sánchez's side.
