    A true Club man, Sergi Milà is back on the bench after coordinating 11-a-side development football. He takes on the role of leading Barça Atlètic with over 20 years' experience in blaugrana development football

    On 25 February, Sergi Milà became the new Barça Atlètic coach, replacing Albert Sánchez. This means he is back on the bench after being the 11-a-side development football coordinator and the Methodology director for youth football.

    Sergi Milà's CV includes over 20 seasons working in the Club's football development categories.

    He started out in the Barça Escola, remaining there for five seasons, before moving on to coach the U11s, U13s, U15s, and the U17s over a 15 year period, earning a reputation as a great trainer.

    He became the U19A coach for six months in 2021, before taking on the role of 11-a-side football coordinator within the blaugrana development football structure, which he combined with the role of Methodology director for youth football.
