Youssoupha Fall (January 12, 1995, Dakar, Senegal) learned his trade at the Seed Academy in Senegal, before moving to Europe in 2012, joining French side Le Mans. His debut came in the 2014/15 season, but he wouldn't become first-teamer until the following season.
He signed with Baskonia in 2018 and then went on loan to Strasbourg IG for the 2018/19 season. The 2019/20 season saw him play in Europe's premier competition and the Liga Endesa for the first time with the Spanish side, going on to win the league against no less than the blaugranes.
He moved from Vitoria to Villeurbanne to join ASVEL, where he remained for three seasons before signing for Barça. His stats in the EuroLeague for the 23/24 season were 8.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and an average Performance Index Rating of 12.8.
A player known for his power and pressing at the low post. At 2.21 metres tall, he is a very tough pivot to both defend against in attack and beat in defence.
He arrived at Barcelona in summer 2024 to supplement the blaugranes' inside play.
