Final session of the week at the Ciutat Esportiva

An hour before normal, the Ciutat Esportiva hosted the first team’s final training session of the week. They were without the international players who are with their national sides. On Thursday at 10.00am CET, Ernesto Valverde’s five available players trained on the third pitch. Aleix Vidal, Sergi Roberto, Paco Alcácer, Gerard Deulofeu and Denis Suárez worked with the ball.

The group will now have three days off before they restart at the beginning of next week which will see the internationals slowly return to Barcelona from their duties. They will begin preparing for the match against Atlético Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano at 8.45pm CET on Saturday.
