Luis Suárez will be out of action for around four weeks. Test carried out on Thursday morning confirm that the Uruguayan has a distension in the posterior articular capsule in his right knee picked up in the second half of the Clásico on Wednesday in the Santiago Bernabéu.
As such, the Barça number 9 is set to miss the league games against Betis, Alavés, Espanyol and possibly the trip to Getafe also, the first fixture following the international break in early September.
The tests carried out on Gerard Piqué confirm that the defender has a groin strain in his left leg and his recovery will decide his availability for the game against Betis.
