Barça returned from a day off with a training session on Tito Vilanova field at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The squad started preparing for their next league fixture against Granada at the Camp Nou. The match will be played on Saturday at 8.45pm CET. On Friday, Luis Enrique's men will have one more chance to train prior to the game.
Following the Catalan Super Cup and a rest day all the available players returned to work. Ten players were rested in the midweek fixture and Ter Stegen, Rakitic, Sergio, Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr, Mascherano, Digne, Sergi Roberto and Umtiti all returned to action ahead of the Granada game.
Thursday's training was different from the previous ones, as the new, more colourful winter La Liga ball was used for the first time prior to it's debut in Saturday's 10th league fixture of the season.
The session was also attended by three players from the second team, Marlon, Nili and Carbonell, who played in the Catalan Super Cup final.
