Download the FC Barcelona Tickets APP to keep track of your tickets (enter attendee details, transfer tickets, see your seats, etc.). It is important to have the FC Barcelona Tickets APP to access the facilities, since your tickets will only be available via the APP.

Is the e-ticket available for all matches?

If your tickets are available via e-ticket, you will receive an email with all the information to access your tickets through the FC Barcelona Tickets APP.
I bought tickets but do not see them in the APP.

Please note that tickets may take a while to appear after being purchased.

Make sure the email you used to sign up on the APP is the same one you used to complete the purchase.

If the email is incorrect, you must log out of the APP and complete the registration process again, this time using the email you used to purchase the tickets.
How long do I have to fill out the attendees' names on the tickets?

You can fill out the names on your tickets up until entering the facilities. Keep in mind that filling out the names is a requirement to enter the venue; if it is not completed, the ticket will not be activated.
Can I change the name on my tickets?

Yes, you can modify the attendees’ details directly through the APP.
Can I transfer a ticket?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to an email through the APP.

The recipient of the ticket must have the FC Barcelona Tickets APP installed in order to accept or reject the ticket.

Remember that if the recipient accepts the ticket, they will no longer be available on your device.
I see the tickets in the APP, I have filled out the attendees’ details and I have an assigned seat, but the QR access code is still inactive.

The QR code will be activated approximately two hours before the match.
