Pablo Álvarez (30 September 1986, San Juan de la Frontera, Argentina) made his debut in 2001 in his home country and came to the OK Liga in 2005, first at Liceo (2005/2006 to 2010/2011) and then at Barça.

He became one of the greatest goalscorer in tournament history. He was at Barça for ten seasons (2011-2021), winning 31 titles and becoming the highest goalscorer in OK Liga history with 551 goals.

In 2021, he left for Benfica and won the league in three years in Portugal, as well as one Sopertaza António Libramiento, before returning to Barça in 2024 in July 2024.
