Born in Lloret de Mar, Grau played for his local club until his OK Liga debut in 2013/14. He spent 2018/19 at Noia Freixenet (12 goals in the OK Liga) and then continued netting the goals, 70 in the OK Liga, at La Coruña.
He also represented Spain at the 2021 European Championship.
Marc joined Barça at the same time as his brother Carles, a goalkeeper. His twin brother Àlex is captain of Girona and another brother, Lluís, has played OK Lliga hockey for Lloret.
TECHNICAL PROFILE
Marc Grau is a dangerous striker who plays with intensity and likes to avoid contact and work his way into the opposing area. But he is still a very physical player, who covers back in defence and is a very useful asset on the counter.
