The story behind Leo Messi's first ever goal for FC Barcelona

Against Sevilla earlier this month, Leo Messi scored his 500th goal for FC Barcelona. That staggering quintuple century of goals has come in all ways, from preseason friendlies to major finals, and have all helped to seal the legend of the greatest footballer ever to grace the game.

The amazing journey dates back to 20 July 2004 when a teenage Argentinian appeared in a summer fixture against Catalan club Palamós and found the net for the first time ever as part of the Barça first team.
