Barça launches 'Barça Talks – The Fashion game' event

Tuesday 1 April Time Out Market at the Centre Comercial Maremàgnum in Barcelona at 7pm CEST

Taking advantage of fashion week in Barcelona, Barça has organised a talk based on the trend of football fashion that has moved from on the field to off the field.

Football is more than a post: it is a moving catwalk. From ever more elaborate kit designs to collaborations with big, most high-profile fashion houses, football fashion has moved from the stadiums and out on to the street. Its impact undeniable: personal expression, identity and trends in one unique phenomena.

Aware of this development and with a desire to lead the interaction between fashion and sport, FC Barcelona presents Barça Talks: The Fashion Game, a day which brings together the two worlds in a dynamic atmosphere where art and entertainment collide.

Discussion with expert guests

The event will take place at the Time Out Market at the Centre Comercial Maremàgnum in Barcelona on Tuesday 1 April beginning at 7pm CEST. Fashion historian Sílvia Rosés will analyse the 'blokecore' trend where football fashion overlaps with streetwear.

Then the next discussion will feature Helena Viscasillas, head of product and development at BLM, Cèlia Espanya, fashion expert, and the journalists Carlos Marán, editor of Herdes Magazine and the director of Blend Showroom, and Pau Pia, editor of 25Gramos and Lenders Magazine.
