Face to face informative session

All delegate members are invited to attend the informative session on 19 December at 6pm , where they will hear first-hand explanations of the matters being discussed on the Assembly agenda.

Delegate members wishing to attend this face-to-face meeting must confirm their presence on this form: 

The club has been holding these meetings in recent years via the Delegate Members Office  to provide attendees with detailed information and resolve any doubts about items on the Assembly agenda, which is the club's supreme decision-making body.
