The Board of Directors of Futbol Club Barcelona, in a meeting on 4 December 2024 and in compliance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Bylaws, has agreed to convene the Extraordinary General Assembly, which will be held online in compliance with the provisions of Article 31 bis of the Catalan Sports Law (Legislative Decree 1/2000, of 31 July). On 21 December, the first call will take place at 10.30 a.m. and the second call will take place at 11:00 a.m. The Committee will be set up in the Auditori 1899 in the Spotify Camp Nou facilities, and it will proceed as follows:

- President’s Report.
- Ratification, if applicable, of the new contract with NIKE.
- Members’ proposals in accordance with the provisions of Article11 of the Bylaws.
- Open floor.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors has agreed to request the presence of a notary at the Assembly to draw up a record of the agreements that are adopted.
