Barça One has a very special live show coming up on Thursday 14 November at 9pm CET. It's the second episode of ‘La Llotja del 125’, the videopodcast all about FC Barcelona's 125th Anniversary and which serves to debate and analyse all kinds of different topics associated with the event. This week's show will be broadcast from the Auditori 1899 and is going to be musical one, focusing on the process behind the creation and selection of the anniversary anthem.
It all started last June when the club announced a lyric competition. The three winning entries were written by Marc Ricós, David Bricollé and Xavier Gonzàlez-Costa. Three composers, Albert Guinovart, Carles Cases and Núria Graham, were then tasked with putting those words to music, and two producers, Alizzz and Josep Montero, then put the songs together.
The videopodcast offers the very first chance to listen to the three tunes, and many of the composers, artists and jury members will be in the studio to share their views. The winner will finally be announced at a special gala at the Gran Teatre del Liceu on November 29.
This episode of ‘La Llotja del 125’ is being presented by Andreu Juanola and Sara Loscos, and the audience will be made up of FC Barcelona members who applied for seats on a form issued by the Social Area.
