Gimnástica Segoviana 2-2 Barça Atlètic: One more point

Barça Atlètic have drawn for the fifth week in a row, this time at Gimnástica Segoviana, and it was a frustrating result after the blaugrana reserves ha twice taken the lead.

Barça struggled early on, yet managed to take the lead against the run of play though Cedric, culiminating a fine counter attack to score for the second consecutive game.

Barça Atlètic were now well in command and Noah Darvich was denied what looked a certain goal by an outstanding save. But in another goal that didn't reflect the state of play, Hugo Díaz produced an equaliser deep into first half injury time, although replays showed that it shouldn't have counter for offside.

The second half was a tremendous affair, and Barça had Diego Kochen to thank for some top goalkeeping that kept them in the game, and to top things off, Rubén López then put Barça back ahead. The celebrations were short-lived. Practically from the restart, the Segovians scored themselves.

For the remainder of the game, oy was mainly the home side that was creating the danger, hitting the crossbar for the second time in the game, while Barça Atlètic spent most of the time clinging on for a point. Which they managed.

To follow is a midweek game on Wednesday at home to Real Sociedad B.
