Ewa Pajor: HIghest goalscoring start in FC Barcelona history

Ewa Pajor could not have dreamed of a better start to life in blaugrana. FC Barcelona's Polish striker has netted nine times in just six league games, the best ever start to a season by an FC Barcelona player. Until now, the record was shared by Asisat Oshoala and Sonia Bermúdez, who both scored seven in their first six matches. 

Hat-trick against Espanyol

Pajor already had six going into this weekend's derby with Espanyol, but she claimed a hat-trick in just 45 minutes on the field, totally changing a game that her team was actually losing at the break but went on to win 7-1.

Curiously, her compatriot Robert Lewandowski, who she imitated after scoring on Sunday, is also the top scorer for the men's team, having scored an extraordinary 10 goals so far, including a hat-trick of his own in the last outing against Alavés.

There's certainly a very Polish feel to Barça this season, and we're loving it!
