Barça have won by four at Lenovo Tenerife in a game that could have gone either way at the end with Laprovittola (22) and Satoransky (12) leading the scoring
Laprovittola had been outstanding from the start, but his early points were rapidly neutralised when the home side's 9-0 streak got them right back into contention. The second side, in contrast, saw neither side make any major breaks, but by the interval it was the islanders who commanded a slight 43-39 lead.
Barça gradually cut down that difference as the third period progressed, and at 58-58 it was basically a new game starting over, and despite some sharp shooting from Abrines the points continued to be shared equally, and at 68-69 everything was still to play for.
Barça made their attack in the final period, lunging into the game's first double figure lead with three to play. It looked like job done, but Tenerife quickly fought back to within three, and Barça needed to keep cool heads to hold on for the win.
And it wasn't any old win. It was the team's 1,300th in the league, making Barça the first team to hit that milestone.
