Win after win for Hansi Flick's team at the start of the season with 12 points out of 12 so far in La Liga ahead of next week's international break. Win at Valencia and Rayo Vallecano have been matched by victories at home over Athletic Club and most recently, Real Valladolid.
It is the seventh time this century that Barça have won their opening four fixtures in La Liga, the most recent before this season coming in the 2018/19 campaign.
Second best goal difference
The start to the 2024/25 campaign has seen the team record the second best goal difference in that with 13 goals scored and just three conceded.
The difference of +10 has only been surpassed by Pep Guardiola's team in 2009/10, Luis Enrique's in 2014/15 and Ernesto Valverde's in 2018/19, albeit in all three cases just by one goal.
Robert Lewandowski, Lamine Yamal, Pedri, Dani Olmo, Raphinha, Kounde and Ferran Torres have scored those 13 goals between, the Pole leading the way with four, closely followed by the Brazilian after his hat-trick in the 7-0 win over Valladolid.
Lamine Yamal has also been in outstanding form so far this season, providing no less than four assists in La Liga. Four assists to match the four wins from Hansi Flick's team in 2024/25.
