Flick, Olmo and Pau Víctor pose for photo with the Joan Gamper Trophy

The latest edition of the Joan Gamper Trophy grows ever closer. The 59th edition of the event celebrating all things blaugrana will take place on Monday August 12 against AS Monaco, and the three new faces for Barça's 2024/25 season - Hansi Flick, Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor - were all smiles when they had their photo taken with the trophy at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

This first game of the season at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys will see these three new members of the first team squad presented to those in attendance. It's really shaping up to be a special day. After the new blaugrana coach was officially presented on July 25, Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor will make their entrances at the Gamper event.

Let's not forget that the match can be watched live via the Club's streaming platform, Barça One. This simply isn't one to miss, as the first game of the season on Montjuïc will be played in a festive atmosphere, with many activities available.

Eric and Cubarsí return

In addition to the photo with the Gamper trophy, the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper also played host to another training session for Hansi Flick's men. The workout on the Tito Vilanova pitch featured every available first team squad member, including some new faces, no less than the newly crowned Olympic champions, Eric García and Pau Cubarsí. Vitor Roque did not train due to feeling unwell with a fever.
