Tickets for Bilbao final sell out in 30 minutes

FC Barcelona's allocation of tickets for the UEFA Women's Champions League Final against Olympique Lyon on May 25 at San Mamés took just half an hour to sell out. Today Tuesday only members were told the news via the Infosocis channel, and for the time being has access to no further tickets other than the original allotment of 9,625, as these are governed solely by the Spanish Football Federation.

UEFA originally supplied 9,000 tickets to each club, with Barça dividing its allocation as follows: 7,400 for fans, 250 for animation groups, and 1,350 for the club's commitments (15% of the total pursuant to the club statures - Article 10 on Members Rights,10.5) for between 15 and 25 euros.
Prior to the opening of sales, UEFA assigned a further 2,617 tickets that had been released by Olympique. As per the usual club procedure, 85% of the tickets were made available to different supporter groups and the general public, but the 9,625 tickets sold out in just 30 minutes.
