This week sees the return of the Champions League and Barça have a quarter-final tie first leg in Paris on Wednesday against Paris Saint-Germain. The blaugranes will be looking to gain the advantage ahead of the second leg to come next Tuesday in the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.
After a weekend without a game due to the Copa del Rey final between Athletic Club and Mallorca, coach Xavi Hernández has named his squad for the game in France: Ter Stegen, João Cancelo, R. Araujo, I. Martinez, Ferran, Lewandowski, Raphinha, Iñaki Peña, João Félix, Christensen, Fermín, Marcos A., Romeu, Vitor Roque, S. Roberto, Gündoğan, Kounde, Astralaga, Lamine Yamal, M. Casadó, Cubarsí, Marc Guiu and H. Fort.
Frenkie de Jong and Pedri make the trip also but are yet to be declared fit for Wednesday's game against the side coached by former blaugrana player and boss Luis Enrique. Midfielder Gavi, who continues his recovery from a serious knee injury, will also accompany his team mates to Paris.
On Tuesday evening local time the blaugranes will train in the Parc des Princes stadium in Paris, the venue for Wednesday's game which is set for a 9pm CEST kick off.
