Vitor Roque joins first training session
Brazilian striker meets his new team-mates on the first day back at work after the Christmas break
FC Barcelona couldn't have asked for a better Christmas gift! Vitor Roque is finally here, and after all the formalities and introductions to the club in the last few days, this Friday he got to train with his new team-mates for the very first time.
All eyes were on the 18-year-old today, with club vice-president Rafa Yuste on hand to introduce the new signing to the players and coaching staff, and also the new delegate, Toni Alonso.
Work then began in earnest on the Tito Vilanova field at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, with the first team regulars joined this time by reserves Astralaga, Kochen, Cubarsí, Marc Guiu and hector Fort.
The next Barça fixture is on Thursday 4 January away to Las Palmas.
