Noah Darvich scores in the final as Germany win the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup

We have an Under-17 world champion in the Barça Atlètic ranks! Midfielder Noah Darvich is one of the mainstays in the German national team and he won the tournament in Indonesia after his side beat France after an epic penalty shootout.

The blaugrana player may have had to go through the penalty shootout experience from the bench after being substituted in the 74th minute, but he had already played a important role in the final, scoring in the 51st minute to make it 2-0 for his side. A couple of goals by France led to penalties being needed to decide the game, but the Germans proved more deadly from the spot, meaning Noah Darvich is now a world champion. He contributed strongly in the tournament, scoring two goals and providing three assists, starting every game.
