FC Barcelona 6-3 Reus: Winning start to OK Liga

There are few better ways to start a league season than a Clásico, which is what games between Barça and Reus Deportiu are in the rink hockey world. And it produced nine goals, two thirds of which were scored by the boys in blaugrana.

After parading the Super Cup to the Palau Blaugrana, things didn't get off to the best of starts when Reus scored after just four minutes, but Joao Rodrigues quickly responded and then Marc Grau made it 2-1 to Barça.

There was time before the break for Ignacio Alabart and Rodrigues a second time to truly get the crowd buzzing as their team went in for the interval in a comfortable 4-1 lead.

After the restart, Reus' attempts to make a game of it were foiled as two cracking goals were converted by Xavi Barroso and Marc Grau.

Although Reus did scramble back a couple of goals, they came to late to have any impact on the result, while Barça could even afford to give some playing time to youngsters Joan Ruano and Eloi Cervera.
