CH Sant Esteve de Palautordera 15-51 Barça: Night of debuts

The Barça handball team cruised into the final of the Supercopa Catalana with a huge 51-15 win over CH Sant Esteve de Palautordera. They took the game very seriously, with a number of youth players featuring with all of Manuel Ortega, Oriol Zarzuela and Petar Cikusa playing their first competitive games at senior level.

Ortega scored 8, Zarzuela got 4 and Cikusa 6, with the latter being joined in the side by his twin brother Djordje Cikusa.

As for the game, following a tight start, a 10-1 period from the blaugrana as good as settled the direction of this game. With Javi Rodríguez and Jaime Gallego also making their debuts, Barça were simply too good for their opponent.
