Gündoğan trains with Barça

Another day of training at the Ciutat Esportiva. Xavi Hernández and the squad continue pre-season training with the aim of starting the 2023/24 season in the best possible shape. Tuesday saw another double session, which saw the players returning after international duty joining in. The recent arrivals had their medicals in the morning, while the rest of the players had a normal training session.

The evening session on the Tito Vilanova pitch also included the new signing, İlkay Gündoğan. The German completed his first training session as an FC Barcelona player. Only Gavi was missing through gastroenteritis.

Now with all the players ready to go, the squad will fly to the United States of America on Wednesday as the 2023 US tour is set to get under way.
