Gavi, Ansu Fati and Jordi Alba have all helped Spain become champions of the Nations League for the first time after beating Croatia in Sunday's final on penalties.
Alba played the full game, Gavi was on for 86 minutes and Ansu Fati came on as a 66th minute substitute. None of the Barça trio were involved in the shootout, but all played key roles in the victorious performance.
This is Spain's first major honour since winning Euro 2012, and is the second international title for Jordi Alba and the first ever for Gavi and Ansu Fati.
Key roles
Jordi Alba excelled in the game, commanding the left wing and generating plenty of chances for Gavi and Morata, while making an important defensive contribution too.
Gavi himself was also highly active, and had the best chance of the game when his effort skimmed wide of Livakovic's post. He was replaced by Dani Olmo late in the game.
Ansu Fati was sent on to stir things up in an often gridlocked encounter, playing a target man role. On two particular occasions he managed to work his way into threatening positions but without managing to culminate either move with a goal.
Penalty shootout
The thirty minutes of extra time saw both sides take a caution-first approach and produced very little in the way of action. But Luis de la Fuente's side came good in the shootout, with Unai Simón the hero with two fine saves.
As captain of 'La Roja', Jordi Alba had the honour of collecting the trophy...
