Festive fun in the build-up to Espanyol clash

If a game against Espanyol at Spotify Camp Nou isn't exciting enough this December 31 at 2pm CET, there are plenty of other fun things to do before the match gets under way. Both before and for 90 minutes after the game has ended, there will be fun and games for all ages.

That also means inside the stadium, with the announcer being joined by Barcelona-based DJ Cuki d’Light.

The stadium gates open at 12.30pm, a full hour and a half before the game,. meaning there is every reason to get there early and enjoy all the different attractions.

Barçaland

The Barçaland Christmas theme park has been providing festive fun to visitors in recent weeks, and naturally it will be there on Saturday too, albeit only for people who have a match ticket. It will also be open for 90 minutes after the game has ended.

The attractions include the Tobogol inflatable slide, 3x3 futsal and basketball courts, Futtoc Caixabank, Allianz kick&Gol, a skills circuit, Street Curling and the Kids tents for the little ones.

Photobooth 360 videos and entertainments

Between gates 13 and 15, there will be a Photobooth 360, where fans will be able to appear in awesome 360º slo-mo videos that they can then show off on social networks.

There will also be a performance by the Capgrossos de Badalona, who will be dancing to the sound of the band Els Petritxols, as well as marching band playing Christmas songs and some of the latest hits.

Live music and DJ

In the North Goal area, Catalan rumba duo Delai will be providing the music in the form of their poppy take on the genre.

You can also enjoy the sound of Duo Festivo, two members of the band called Sixtus who will be playing festive tunes on keyboards and guitar.

There will be a DJ zone close ot the club store, presented by local media personality Neus González, with DJ Cuki d’Light producing the post-game sounds.

All that is not forgetting the usual things to see and do at Spotify Camp Nou, include a drink or bite to eat at La Cerveseria Damm and the essential visit to the club store.
