A photograph for the archives

A day for photographs at Camp Nou. The men's first team at FC Barcelona had the traditional photo session for the snap that will be recorded for posterity before Friday's training session. 

One of the main focuses of attention in the photograph of the 2022/23 squad was Gerard Piqué, who on Thursday announced that the game against Almería on Saturday would be his last at Spotify Camp Nou. So, Piqué made his final appearance in the traditional photo in which he has been present ever since the 2008/09 season. 

The Barça number 3 and the other club captains were captured along with president Joan Laporta, coach Xavi Hernández and his assistants, Óscar Hernández and Sergio Alegre. 

Also present at the photo session and subsequent training session at Spotify Camp Nou were sporting vice president Rafa Yuste, Director of Football Mateu Alemany and Enric Masip, a member of the Presidential Cabinet.
