All-rounder Nikola Kalinic set to join FC Barcelona

Barça and Nikola Kalinic have reached a two-year agreement for the small forward to wear blaugrana for two years through to 30 June 2024, pending the outcome of a medical.
The 30-yera-old Serb is 2.03m tall and arrives from Red Star Belgrade, which just won the national league and cup double as well as the Adriatic League.
Top European
Regarded as one of the best players in the EuroLeague in his position, he can play on either side of the court, is strong on the paint and is a fabulous playmaker. He has a strong winning mentality and is used to playing for winning teams.
Oozing experience and character, he played 32 games in Europe last term and racked up an average of 12.6 points, 4 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
EuroLeague experience
Kalinic has played a total of 232 games in Europe’s premier club competition, not just for Red Star (56), but also Fenerbahçe (142) and Valencia (34).
He won the title with the Istanbul-based side in 2017, excelling in the Final Four with 14.5 points and 5.5 rebounds.
His honours include three Turkish leagues (2016, 2017, 2018), two Adriatic leagues with Red Star (2015, 2022) and three Serbian leagues (2015, 2022).
