FC Barcelona and Serbian club FK Vojvodina have reached an agreement for the transfer of Lazar Carević. The Catalan club reserves a repurchase option.
FC Barcelona wishes to publicly express its gratitude to Carević for his commitment and dedication and wishes him every fortune and success in the future.
Lazar Carevic arrived at Barça in the 2017/18 season from OFK Grbalj in his native Montenegro. After a year with the U19A side, the goalkeeper joined Barça B in 2018/19, playing seven games and conceding six goals.
The 2019/20 season was plagued by a meniscus injury, meaning he only played four games, conceding five goals.
In the season just ended in the Primera RFEF, he featured in nine games.
