The four nominees for 'Best Late Drama' are...
Iniesta against Chelsea
2009. Stamford Bridge. Barça were in danger of missing out on the Champions League final, but Andrés Iniesta scored in the 93rd minute of the return leg against Chelsea to send Barça to Roma. Absolute madness ensued.
Pedro against Estudiantes
2009. Barça were playing Estudiantes de La Plata in the FIFA Club World Cup Final. A win would round off a magical year winning every possible competition - six in all - but Mauro Boselli scored to make it 1-0... It wasn't until the 89th minute when Pedro managed to force extra-time (1-1), during which Leo Messi scored a goal with his chest (or club badge) and Barça were champions.
Sergi Roberto against PSG
2017. Who can forget the biggest comeback in Champions League history? After Barça lost 4-0 in the first leg of the Round of 16 against PSG, the return leg in front of a fervent Camp Nou saw Luis Enrique Martínez' team pull out all the stops... ending with a goal by Sergi Roberto at the final whistle to complete the famous 6-1 scoreline.
Piqué against Sevilla
2021. The most recent "last-minute" goal on the list, during the Copa del Rey semi-final in the 2020/21 season. Seville won the first leg 2-0 in the Sánchez Pizjuán, but Barça had sealed their passage by the end of the return leg. A goal by Piqué in the 93rd minute made it 2-0, forcing extra-time, during which Braithwaite scored the winner to go through to the final.
