Alexia wins Globe Soccer 2021

Alexia Putellas continues to collect silverware in 2021. After winning the UEFA Women's Player of the Yea, the Ballon d'Or, the Cross of Sant Jordi and the FCF Best Women's Player award, she has now also been named winner of the Globe Soccer Award 2021.

At the gala in Dubai on Monday, she was one of three Barça players among the six candidates, the others being Jenni Hermoso and Lieke Martens.
Barça, best women's team in the world
Barça Femení was also recognised on their amazing year, in which they won their first ever Champions League as well as the league and cup double in Spain. They collected the award for the ‘Best Women's Club of the Year' ahead of rivals like Bayern, Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG.
Former Barça star Ronaldinho also received a prize in recognition of his career and way of understanding football.
