Assembly of Delegate Members set for October 16 or 17

In Ordinary Session this Wednesday, the FC Barcelona Board of Directors has reached the following agreements:

Approval of closure of 2020/21 financial year and 2021/22 budget

The Board of Directors has approved the closure of the financial year for the 2020/21 season, with losses of 481 million euros. An operating income budget for the 2021/22 season of 765 million euros has also been approved.

General Assembly of Delegate Members

The Board of Directors has agreed to hold the next General Assembly of Delegate Members on the weekend of October 16 and 17, on the club grounds and on the occasion of the visit of Valencia CF.

Public presentation of Due Diligence

On Wednesday 6 October, the results of the Due Diligence will be publicly presented by FC Barcelona CEO Ferran Reverter.

Constitution of the company Barça Producciones SL (Barça Studios))

The Board of Directors has approved the constitution of the company Barça Producciones SL, which will cover the audiovisual activity of Barça Studios, and 100% of whose social capital will be owned by FC Barcelona.

Proposal for statutory reform

The Board of Directors has agreed to present the next Assembly with a proposed modification of different aspects of the Club Statutes, including the possibility of registering as a member electronically and reducing the number of terms of the Board of Directors to five years.

20 days prior to the Assembly, the club will make all the information related to the proposed modifications available to the members.
