Minds will be cast back to the recent Tokyo Olympics in the moments before kick off at Camp Nou on Sunday ahead of the La Liga clash between Barça and Getafe. Venezuelan track and field star Yulimar Rojas will perform the honorary kick off before the start of the game.
Rojas was one on the stars of the Olympic Games, becoming the first first female athlete in the Club's history to win gold when she won the women's triple jump with a world record leap of 15.67 metres.
The blaugrana athlete sent a video from the Olympic Village in Tokyo to display her joy at winning the gold: "I gift this to all the Barça fans who make me so happy to belong to FC Barcelona."

Rojas has formed part of FC Barcelona since 2016 after she won the silver medal in that summer's Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She competes in the Barça colours in national competition and in 2017 she was instrumental in helping Barça end Valencia's 18 year domination of the Indoor Copa de la Reina.

13 medals in Tokyo
The goal for Yulimar Rojas was not the only success for Barça in the Olympics. Silver for Fridolina Rölfo with Sweden in the women's football tournament and for Pedri, Mingueza and Eric Garcia in the men's tournament were followed up by bronze for Spanish handball players Pérez de Vargas, Aleix Gómez, Entrerríos and Angel Fernández. In the handball competition the victorious gold medal winning French squad contained blaugranes Dika Mem, Ludovic Fàbregas, N'Guessan and Melvyn Richardson, bringing Barça's final total of medals up to 13.
That total may increase as the Paraolympic Games are underway in Tokyo with blaugranes Xavi Porras and Guillermo Rojo taking part in track and field and Óscar Trigo coaching the Spanish wheelchair basketball team.
