This Saturday 12 September, Ronald Koeman will be in charge of his first game as Barça manager, a friendly against Division 2B side Nàstic Tarragona at the Estadi Johan Cruyff (7.00pm CEST and live on Barça TV+). It will be the first time that the senior men’s team have played at the new reserve stadium
The teams have not played officially since June 2007, when Nàstic had already been relegated and lost 5-1 at home to their fellow Catalans.
The games that season were the first between the sides since a cup clash in 1946/47, when Tarragona progressed. Nástic were a first division club for three consecutive seasons in the late 40s, and the overall balance between the sides is eight wins for Barça and two draws.
