Derby date announced

This Tuesday, La Liga has announced the dates and time of the games in Week 35 of the season, when Barça and Espanyol will be meeting in the latest edition of the Barcelona Derby, behind closed doors at Camp Nou. The date is Wednesday 8 July and it will be yet another 10.00pm CEST kick-off.

Before then, Barça have games against Atlético Madrid and Villarreal, and after the Espanyol fixture, there will only be three more games left to play, starting with a trip to Valladolid.

The sides met earlier this season at the RCDE Stadium in a game that ended 2-2, with Barça’s goals coming courtesy of Luis Suárez and Arturo Vidal. Here are the highlights of that match:
