This Monday the first team players will receive their guidelines for the second week of training from home. They'll find a variation in the exercises to be performed, in terms of both cardio and strength work, with different training methodologies that are practical and dynamic.
The first-team players have been divided into three groups which are supervised by the physical trainers Fran Soto, Edu Pons and Antonio Gómez. Each of these groups is in constant contact with one of the fitness trainers, as Ivan Rakitic explained in an interview he gave to the club's YouTube channel. The work of each player is tracked by the technical staff, whilst videos and photos are sent to update the physical trainers, who offer support from a distance.
This new training plan is a week long and, subsequently, players will receive a new customised and tailored workout for each of the following periods of seven days.
