The new assets generated by the future stadium will add to the value of the Barça name and mean a major increase in revenue. Forecasts suggest that Espai Barça will have an impact of some 150 million additional euros to what the club currently generates due to the new features of the Camp Nou, including a Sports Bar in the first tier of the South Goal with views over the pitch, new boxes and VIP areas in the second and third tier with views over the city and corporate boxes around the first tier ring.

Just in front of the Grandstand there will be some buildings in the form of Japanese origami rising from the ground and merging with the landscape so as not to obstruct the view for members and visitors. These buildings will be the home for the new Museum, the new Barça Store and a space for sponsors’ to use.
New Museum
The club museum is currently the most visited in Catalonia and with the Espai Barça it will continue to be the world’s leading sports museum and a major source of revenue for the club. It will cover 3,000 m2 of quality floor space, with an even more immersive experience for the fans. It will include all the latest technological features and because of its location, will be more smoothly connected to the Camp Nou with different views of the ground, including such options as a Sky Tour with views across the city skyline and a VIP tour that includes a visit to the first team changing room. The Camp Nou tour will be turned into a part of the museum itself, meaning that visitors will get a full sense of why Barça is regarded as ‘More than a Club’.
New Barça Store
The Barça Store will also get pride of place with more than 2,500 m2 of space on a single floor, and which is set to raise the benchmark for retail outlets in the world, with its use of state-of-the-art point-of-sale technologies. The new Barça Store Camp Nou will offer an optimised shopping experience including a brand new design concept that draws on elements of Catalan culture and art, in a similar fashion to the Barça Store Canaletes that opened in La Rambla in the spring of 2020.
