Ball skills duel between Barça stars and 'Messi 10 by Cirque du Soleil' artistes

Lionel Messi, Gerard Piqué, Jordi Alba, Antoine Griezmann and Arturo Vidal were visited the FC Barcelona’s Ciutat Esportiva training ground by the stars of 'Messi 10 by Cirque du Soleil' show.

The players got to meet the artistes and enjoyed a first-person view of the kind of juggling tricks that can be admired in the show, and in return showed off their own skills with the ball.

The 'Messi 10 by Cirque du Soleil' show opened last October 10 in Barcelona and will run through to January 2020, after which it moves on to Argentina. The 90 minute spectacular is divided into two 45 minute halves, just like a football match, and the stage is designed to represent a football pitch. The show includes a number of acrobatic acts, together with videos of the living legend in action. Leo Messi was involved in the production, and recorded a series of images exclusively for the show.
