Coutinho and Arthur in Brazil squad for Copa América
The two Brazilian are the first Barça players confirmed for next month's competition

The first two Barça names are confirmed for next month's Copa América international tournament. Brazil have named their 23 man squad and FC Barcelona player Philippe Coutinho and Arthur Melo are both included by coach Tite as the host nation attempt to lift the trophy for the 8th time.
The 2019 Copa América will the first for midfielder Arthur. The Brazilian made his debut for the national team last September and now he has the chance to represent his country in his first international tournament. Up to now his eight appearance for the Seleção have all come in friendly fixtures.
As for Philippe Coutinho, the Barça number 7 will be playing in his third Copa América. In 2015 and 2016 the midfielder was part of the Brazilian squad for the tournaments held in Chile and the USA respectively and Coutinho was also part of the squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. In total he has played 47 times for his country scoring 13 goals, three of which came the last time he featured in the Copa América.
