La Liga returns on Sunday, with Ernesto Valverde’s side keen to bounce back from the bitter disappointment of Champions League elimination by bidding farewell to the Camp Nou until after the summer with a win – but it won’t be easy against a Getafe side that are fourth in the table and chasing a Champions League dream of their own.
The team trained for the last time before the game on Saturday evening, where they were joined by Wague, Riqui Puig and Abel Ruiz of Barça B, with the latter two being handed places in tomorrow’s squad.
Brazilian Arthur Melo was missing with pubis trouble and has been confirmed as absent from tomorrow’s line-up, together with the also injured Suárez, O. Dembélé and Rafinha.
The squad for the last home game of the season thus reads as follows: Ter Stegen, N. Semedo, Piqué, I. Rakitic, Sergio, Todibo, Coutinho, Messi, Cillessen, Malcom, Lenglet, Jordi Alba, S. Roberto, Aleñá, Vidal, Umtiti, Riqui Puig and Abel Ruiz.
That means no places for Murillo, Prince or Vermaelen.
