Brooklyn Raines, from the Barça Academy to being pre-selected for the USA U-15 National Team

Barça Residency Academy player Brooklyn Raines has been called up by the US Under-15 team for later this week in California. Raines, who is 13 years old, played last season at the Barça Academy Chicago and finished at the high performance academy in Arizona after passing national team tryouts last summer.

The youngster arrived at the academy in Arizona just one year ago and moved near the facility located in Casa Grande last July after successfully passing the tryout. Now, Brooklyn will be able to continue fulfilling his dream to become a professional player or to get a college scholarship, in addition to continuing to progress towards becoming a member of the US national team.
