U-19A 3 – 2 Olympique Lyonnais: Third straight final four appearance!

The FC Barcelona Under-19 A team has stamped their ticket to the UEFA Youth League Final Four in Nyon, Switzerland after beating Olympique Lyonnais, 3-2, in second half injury time at the Miniestadi on Tuesday evening. It is Barça’s third straight trip to the tournament’s last four.
Barça were able to win the game after a great second half. Lyon had tied the match at 2-2 in the 89th minute, but a 95th minute penalty kick by Marqués gave the Catalans the win.
Olympique Lyonnais scored first in the 11th minute on a goal by Ndicka Matam, and took that lead into the dressing room at halftime.
Barça then scored two goals in a four-minute span to take a 2-1 lead. First, Monchu knotted the game up in the 57th, before Ansu put the balugranas ahead in the 61st.
The game appeared to be all but over, when in the 89th, Griffiths drew Lyon back level, setting up a frantic five minutes of injury time. In the 94th, Ansu was taken down in the area, and Marqués nailed the spot kick in the 95th.
