David Villa released from hospital

David Villa went into Hospital de Barcelona for the second time this week “given the persistence of the pain caused by the renal colic from which he is suffering and for further monitoring of his condition”, as explained in an announcement made by the Club Medical Services. He was released on Friday but will not be available to play against Granada.

The Asturian first went into hospital on Monday due to the abdominal pain known as renal colic and was initially released on Tuesday.
