Thomas Vermaelen will be officially presented as a member of the FC Barcelona first team on Sunday. After Saturday’s announcement of the signing of the now former Arsenal centre back, the Belgian is heading for Barcelona on Saturday, and will be appearing for the traditional picture in front of the club crest at 8.30 PM CET.
On Sunday, he’ll sign his new contract, appear on the Camp Nou turf and then give a press conference in the Ricard Maxenchs Pressroom.
The following is his schedule for the next two days:
Saturday, 9 August
- 8.30 PM CET. Photo session outside club offices.
Sunday, 10 August
- 11.15 AM CET. Signing of contract in Camp Nou presidential lounge.
- 12.00 PM CET. Photo session on Camp Nou pitch, only for the media.
- 12.30 PM CET. Official presentation and press conference in the Ricard Maxenchs Pressroom, live on Barça TV and live English language stream on www.fcbarcelona.com.
