FC Barcelona Lassa closed out the group stage of the Intercontinental Futsal Cup with an undefeated record after holding on for a 3–3 draw with the Brazilian champions, Carlos Barbosa on Sunday.
After a 4–2 win over Tasisat Daryaei and a 3–2 triumph over Dynamo Moscow, Marc Carmona's side grabbed one point in their third and final group stage match to take the top spot with seven points, thus qualifying them for the semi-finals.
FCB Lassa took a 3–0 lead on Sunday on a pair of goals from Wilde and one from Lozano, but the Brazilians battled back to draw level.
Wilde opened the scoring on a set piece in minute four, with the assist coming from Tolrà.
Ten minutes later, in the 14th, Lozano struck to put Barça up 2–0. And less than 60 seconds later, Wilde found the net from inside the area to make it 3–0.
After the break, Carlos Barbosa's Rafa snagged two back in the 23rd and 24th minutes to pull the Brazilians to within a goal, and a set piece five minutes from time tied up the game.
Both Barça and Carlos Barbosa move on to last four. The Catalans will face another Brazilian team, Futsal Magnus, which beat Inter Movistar, 1–0.
Barça and Magnus square off on Tuesday, 28 June at 8.00pm.
