Barça's futsal team came within inches of a famous comeback against Manzanares but it all ended 2-2. Ferrao had already scored a dramtic late equaliser and then, with the clock already stopped, had the chance to secure victory from the penalty spot. But his shot hit the post and the result means the Catalans drop to second place in the table.
It had looked like Barça were in for a comfortable enough evening when Catela put them ahead after 7 minutes. But Manzanares slowly worked their way back into the game and were able to equalise when Humberto took advantage of a mix-up in the blaugrana defence.
Barça struggled to get their attacks working in the second half, and to make matters worse, Manzanares scored with their first real chance of the half.
And so things were set up for the dramatic conclusion, with Ferrao restoring hope with his 300th goal for the club but failing to take the chance that would have endured Barça stay top of the league.
Instead, it's Palma who are in pole position, and Barça have a tricky trip to Movistar Inter in their last regular season fuxture.
